Giovanni Monini is from a Civil Design Experts family and himself has Masters in Civil Engineering from University of Bologna, Italy in 1985.

His strong foot hold in Civil & Structural Design, Engineering and Project coordination starts in 1985 with some of the most important Italian Contractors and EPC Companies, as ABB, ALSTOM, CARGILL, EDISON, EDIPOWER, ENEL, FOSTER WHEELER and TECNIMONT.

Working into industrial field for various Chemical and Petro Chemical Plants, Food Processing, Power Stations and Water Treatment, he cumulated a wide international experience in both technical and management areas for Project Management, Business Development, Planning and Human Resources, Engineering and Development Projects.

Technical Manager from 1994 and then Managing Director from 2003, he drove INCICO (Parent Company of NEPL) in a growing up path bringing the Company to excel as a Multidisciplinary Engineering service provider .

From April 2011 he has been designated as Managing Director of NEPL to lead the Company along the Business Development Plan he drawn to bring Novatech to become a strong and reliable reference point into Indian and international market for Quality Engineering services.

Member of the University of Ferrara Board of Director from October 2012.
