Strength in Numbers: We have full-time resource capabilities over 60,000 man-hours/year, and over 200,000 man-hours/year in collaboration with Incico. This ability to scale our resources as needed enables NEPL to manage medium and large scale projects without having to hire expensive external resources.

Dedicated Project Managers : Every project has a dedicated project manager who is centrally responsible for end-to-end delivery of project outcomes to the client. The functional leaders lead their teams and work closely with the project manager as well as other functional leaders to ensure that the project stays on course. Our experienced project managers are the link between NEPL and our clients. They maintain a direct and open line of communication with the client’s primary point of contact, and are empowered to make key project-related decisions on behalf of NEPL. This enables faster response and turnaround times, streamlined communication, and effective issue resolution.

We use latest version design softwares and optimised engineering techniques to remain competitive in today’s global business environment

NEPL engineers use PDMS (Plant Design Management System) a totally integrated 3D design environment. With an extensive equipment and material database that can be easily customized to specific client or project requirements, PDMS assures fast and reliable integration and coordination of multi-disciplinary projects.
In addition, PDMS provides an integral design clash identification and resolution capability, and coherence and conformity between design and execution. Several deliverables and data are automatically extracted in 2D Formats, including:
- Equipment and Piping Layout
- Isometrics
- Design of Support & MTO
- Piping MTO
- HVAC System MTO
- Cable trays MTO
- Steel work shop drawings and MTO (with further compatible softwares)
Almost all our clients have moved (or are in the process of moving) their engineering designs to PDMS, so NEPL is continuing to develop more PDMS experts on the team.
